Added minutes down to players

I FIND it ironic that the only people moaning about the amount of added time are those responsible for it. If players and managers aren’t happy with the amount of added time, then it’s in their own hands to reduce it.
All they need to do is stop feigning injury, get off the pitch at the closest point when substituted, stop over-zealous goal celebrations, and those on the bench should stop running half the length of the pitch when a goal has been scored.
