AWAY DAYS: Young Gloucester fans enjoy the trip

GLOUCESTER City’s first six away fixtures are the longest of the season in a crazy start. You won’t hear us complaining though.
Last week’s trip to South Shields was the best by far, with the home fans and officials so naturally friendly it was a privilege to go there, and epitomised everything good about Non-League football.
The younger generation were there in good numbers and were eager to chat. City got beaten comfortably but somehow it didn’t matter such was the generosity of spirit...
