Flying the flag for the paper programme…

I AGREE with Mark Hardy’s sentiments, ( NLP, October 8) that it would be a shame if football programmes went totally digital.
However, I believe that we are a long way from that, as most football fans are creatures of habit and enjoy reading and collecting programmes from games they attend.
Paper programmes are a valuable source of income forNon-League clubs and it would not make good business sense to stop producing them.
Even if paper programmes are ended at some time in the future, it will make some programmes more valuable as they are useful historical documents much soug...
