PREM IS ‘BEST EVER’, INSISTS WELSH

GUISELEY’S new boss Andy Welsh believes this season’s NPL Premier Division is the ‘strongest it’s ever been’.
The former Ossett United and Bury AFC boss took charge at Nethermoor Park on Monday with Lions sitting in a healthy mid-table position.
But with Radcliffe building up a sizable lead at the top, and NPL promotion hopefuls Warrington Rylands and Macclesfield to play in the coming weeks, Welsh knows that the hard work starts here if the Lions are join them in the mix.
