THE National League team who have surprised me the most in the first three months of the season? Aldershot Town.
Josh Stokes is proving a great signing from AFC Sudbury and really hit the ground running. Lorent Tolaj is flying too and Ryan Glover works so hard in midfield.
Cards on table, I thought they might struggle. The reason I said that before a ball was kicked is because looking through their squad I felt there are a number of players who have been at good clubs but perhaps not found their feet.
The fact they now sit in the play-offs shows what good work manager Tommy Widdring...
