FORMER Swaffham Town boss Johnny Alflatt has been named as manager of the United Counties Premier North side Deeping Rangers until the rest of the season.
Alflatt’s appointment came after joint managers Luke Hipwell and Scott Bogusz resigned in the wake of last Saturday’s 2-1 league defeat at Newark & Sherwood United.
Allatt managed Step 6 outfit Swaffham for two-and-a-half seasons before standing down in December. He then joined Deeping as assistant manager in the new year.
