WALTON & Hersham have promoted from within in naming their new manager.
First-team coach Billy Rowley stepped in as caretaker boss for the final month of the season after the Swans unceremoniously sacked Scott Harris despite leading the club to three straight promotions.
The Swans just missed out on the Southern Premier South play-offs but Rowley has been rewarded for steadying the ship with a two-year deal to lead a new era.
