SO, THE Terminator did come back! Julian Dicks has returned for a third spell in the Heybridge Swifts hotseat – and he’s hungrier than ever for success.
Dicks, the former West Ham and Liverpool hardman left-back, flew back to familiar surroundings at Scraley Road this week having last been in charge at the Essex club just under three years ago.
The 55-year-old takes over from Steve Tilson, who guided the Swifts agonisingly close to the Isthmian North play-offs last season, and admits it feels like coming home.
