MANAGER CLARKE IS CLEARED OF DRUGS CHARGES

FORMER Redditch United manager Matt Clarke was cleared of all criminal charges at Worcester Crown Court on Friday.
Clarke, 50, had been charged in February with being concerned in the supply of Class A and Class B drugs, possession of an offensive weapon and criminal damage, all of which he denied.
The criminal damage charge had been discontinued prior to this week’s hearing where the prosecution signalled its intent to offer no evidence against Clarke on the remaining charges.
