CHRIS Conn-Clarke has paid a heartfelt tribute to Altrincham after sealing a dream return to the Football League with Peterborough.
Released by Burnley as a teenager, the forward joined League One Fleetwood in 2021 only to be ignored by a succession of managers.
But an impressive six-month loan spell with Alty in 2022-23 was followed by a permanent switch last summer that eventually yielded 23 go...
