MARCO NOTT’S days of being a “one-man army” are over after he stepped down as manager of Step 7 Balti Sports after 18 years in charge.
The 39-year-old admits he did “everything” at the Dorset Premier League side, including being secretary, but while he will remain involved his days in the dugout are over.
Nott led the club, formerly known as The Excise House and then The Balti House, from park football up to second place in the DPL, one step below the National League System.
