JAK’S BACK AT STEP 2 WITH WIRE

JAK McCourt is heading back up the pyramid, on an initial three-month loan deal.
The former Chesterfield, Northampton Town, Swindon Town and Barnsley midfielder has left NPL Premier side Ashton United to join National League North Warrington Town.
After making over 100 appearances in the Football League, the 29-year-old joined National League side Chesterfield, for a second time, in 2020.
A two-year spell with the Spireites resulted in a move to Warrington Rylands, where McCourt came up against his new club.
