The 24 National League clubs are set to enter the FA Trophy in the upcoming third round, joining the 40 clubs who battled into the last 64.
After two rounds proper, just three clubs from Step 4 remain: Hadley FC travel to Oxford City of Step 2 whilst Brentwood Town host National League opposition in the shape of Southend United. Elsewhere, Sittingbourne FC host Step 2's Enfield Town.
Hadley, Brentwood, and Sittingbourne are three of 13 clubs for whom victory would set a club-record FA Trophy run.
