NEW Bath City boss Darren Way says the thorough recruitment process has allowed him to take the job with eyes wide open.
The Romans have appointed the former Yeovil Town manager as replacement for Jerry Gill, who left last month after seven years in charge.
As a player, Way was part of Yeovil Town’s legendary side that won the Conference title in 2003 and also achieved promotion into League One.
