DIARY OF A GROUND HOPPER

I recognise one or two club officials and spectators in the ground from the summer KHALSA tournaments. I know Albion Sports are involved in these Sikh tournaments but not under this club’s name. Incidentally, I also know Ashvir Singh Johal from the KHALSA tournaments; a nice guy who I wish well at Morecambe as their manager.
I attempt a circuit of the ground but am thwarted by fences blocking me from the side housing the dugouts. The whole of the ends behind the goals are open but one does have to negotiate unused goals piled up on the paths.
