NATIONAL LEAGUE chief Jack Pearce says their clubs can’t accept the current stalemate over an extra promotion place into the Football League – and says EFL sides want it on the agenda too.
The argument for an additional promotion spot has been a long-running one and gained only further strength last season when York City finished second with 96 points but still missed out through the play-offs.
