HAVANT & Waterlooville believe new boss Aaron Martin has a clear vision to revive the Hawks.
The Southern League Premier South outfit parted company with Shaun North in the week and have turned to 36-year-old Martin.
North, 65, leaves the Hawks in the Southern League Premier South relegation zone after picking up just one point from their last six league games and just three wins from their opening 13 matches.
