RETURNING boss Alan Dowson says he has “always had a special connection” with Hampton & Richmond Borough.
The 55-year-old is back for a second spell in charge of the National League South side, replacing Alan Julian, who departed last week.
Dowson previously led the Beavers to promotion from the Isthmian Premier Division and one of their strongest Step 2 finishes in recent years before leaving to join Woking in 2018.
