SHAKERS STIR UP JOB FOR JOLLEY

MICHAEL Jolley says taking the manager’s job at Bury FC represents a “unique opportunity” on his coaching journey.
The 48-year-old former Grimsby Town and Barrow boss has taken over the Gigg Lane hotseat from Dave McNabb, who moved up into a role of head of football operations at the NPL West club last month after an off-field restructure.
Jolley learned his trade among some respected academies and clubs, including at Crystal Palace, Nottingham Forest, Lincoln City, Crewe Alexandra and a significant spell at Burnley Under-23s.
