YOUNG GUN, 25 LANDS INTERIM ODs GIG

TWENTY-FIVE year-old coach Tyler Dunnell has been placed in temporary charge of AFC Dunstable following the departure of boss James Townsend.
Townsend has stepped away from the ODs dugout with the club facing relegation back to Step 5 having picked up just 10 points from their opening 23 games in Southern League Division One Central.
A former Brentford, Luton and West Ham academy coach, Townsend took over reigns alongside Joe Oxley after the final game of the 2022-23 season following the departure of long-standing boss Steve Heath.
