JORDAN SLEW’S last-gasp equaliser summed up an exciting 90 minutes as Southport held Darlington to a draw.
Two goals in the opening 15 minutes set the pace for the encounter.
Just six minutes in the visitors took the lead, Tom Platt heading into an empty net after goalkeeper Chris Renshaw was knocked off the balance and pushed to the floor.
A long ball held up by the wind caught keeper Rory Watson out and allowed Chris Sze to beat him to the ball, Watson then caught Sze and conceded a penalty.
