Woking chief Robin Byrne has called for calm following a second successive 11th-hour postponement – but denies the club have neglected their rain-damaged pitch.
Woking’s National League game with Solihull Moors on Wednesday night was called off by the referee following a pitch inspection less than an hour before kick-off, despite temperatures reaching 18-degrees in the area that day and both teams ready and willing to play.
