“PLAYING in those types of games is good as it allows you to test yourself against better quality opposition.
We don’t play against players at that level that week in, week out, so when you go back to your normal craft, hopefully you can learn from it. “Obviously it didn’t help us going down to 10 men after 40 minutes because I felt we were really in the game and giving as good as we got, but this is a learning experience and one I’ll never forget.
