WHY did the United Counties League and the Peterborough & District League insist that there would be no concessions at the groundhop weekend of football last week?
Surely, you would have expected them to have wavered their regulations for one weekend of celebration and encourage attendance rather than have the opposite effect.
Do the leagues receive a cut of the increased revenue that the clubs...
