HAPPY DAYS: There’s an air of optimism at Barry’s Jenner Park

AS a fan of Barry Town United, may I wish manager Gavin Chesterfield, his backroom staff, and all of the players the very best of luck as we prepare to take our place back in the Welsh Premier League for the first time since 2004.
I am especially pleased that the club is truly ‘in safe hands’ under the care of the supporters after many years of mismanagement by several owners and, particularly, when it’s last owners almost single-handily destroyed the club.
