■STEVE King’s return to Whitehawk couldn’t inspire a change of fortune as they bowed out of the FA Cup at the first hurdle to fellow National League South side Oxford City.
The perfect start came for the home side, with debutant Enoch Andoh picking out to top corner just before the half hour mark.
However, the lead lasted all of three minutes when Reece Fleet’s effort was deflected past Simon Jorgensen as half-time approached.
