BRENDAN Kiernan came off the bench to fire Hampton & Richmond through with a brace.
Cinderford went ahead in the first minute when Declan Morley-Lyne pounced on a defensive slip-up to beat Sam Howes.
Blaine Waugh missed a chance to extend the lead before the visitors came to life. The equaliser came when Taurean Roberts easily outjumped Nick Humphreys to head home.
In the second half, Cinderford’s Lewis Bamford was brought down by Jack Cooke and Andy Lewis coolly scored from the spot.
