SO, DOES SUCCESS COME INTO IT?

NEIL ASPIN hit upon something in his interview with my colleague John Lyons.
The 52-year-old has enjoyed plenty of success in his Non-League management career, not least his achievements at FC Halifax Town.
As well as promotions, the list of players who have played under Aspin and gone on to careers further up the ladder is a long one.
Jamie Vardy is obviously in the Premier League, while Lee Gregory, Scott Hogan, Marc Roberts, Matty Pearson and Danny Rowe all ply their trade in the Championship.
