BRIGHOUSE TOWN 0 PARKGATE 2

■ ROTHERHAM club Parkgate, from two divisions lower than Brighouse Town, pulled off an upset thanks to first-half goals from Tim Whittaker and Elliott Simpson.
Skipper Whittaker volleyed home the first goal from 30 yards out after 27 minutes and then, in the 34th minute, left winger Simpson drove the ball over the head of home keeper Jordan Porter from 25 yards.
The home side huffed and puffed in search of a response but it was still 2-0 at the break.
