VERY few spectators saw this result coming but Bedford throughly deserved their win against unbeaten opposition a step above.
Bedford burst forward with intent from the off and Joe Wright in the home goal had to fingertip over a deflected drive by Paul Benson.
There were a couple of further alarms at the back for Enfield before Dan Walker was played through in acres of space and he confidently slipped the ball past Wright in the 14th minute.
