LOWESTOFT progressed to the second qualifying round after Shaun Bammant’s strike was enough to separate the two sides.
The first half saw Adam Smith lifting the ball narrowly over the bar before Jordon Watson was a stud’s width from turning in Ben Hart’s drag across goal.
Ware had a couple of half chances in the second period before Bammant’s turned home what was ultimately the winner.
Within minutes the same player could have doubled the lead but headed straight at Harry Ricketts.
