Lowe strike enough for PA to progress

BRADFORD won this all Vanarama National League North clash thanks to a Danny Lowe goal.
There were chances for both teams in an open game. Bradford’s debutant keeper, Jack Atkinson, saved from Stephen Thompson, while at the other end Jake Beesley headed a right-wing cross just over the bar, while Nicky Wroe was just off target with a 30-yard effort.
Bradford went in front on 24 minutes when left-back Lowe picked up a stray crossfield pass, ran into a big gap, and beat Darlington keeper Jonny Maddison with a left foot shot.
