WELLING United saw off a resolute Chesham United side to progress.
Darren Locke had an early header for the visitors that clipped the bar before they went ahead on the half-hour.
Jefferson Louis shrugged off a couple of challenges before firing low home.
Within five minutes Welling were level. Gavin McCallum surged down the left and pulled back for Jack Jebb to stroke home. Alex Tokarczyk then made two good saves to keep the scores level at the break.
Although Welling had all the possession in the second period they struggled to create clear-cut chances.
