WILLAND Rovers moved into the preliminary round of the FA Cup after overcoming St Austell despite a stunning strike from Chris Reski. The St Austell midfielder found the net from 70 yards with the help of the wind to level the scores after Craig Veal’s opener.
However Dean Stamp struck on 65 minutes to put Willand back in front and from there they held on to clinch a place in the next round.
Willand had taken the lead after just two minutes through Veal, converting after Will Richards was denied.
