ASHTON twice came from behind to earn a replay – and came within a whisker of a dramatic late victory with Kain Rogerson’s stunning late miss.
Rogerson looked like clinching victory on rounding loan keeper David Robson, from Hull City, only to fire wide of the target.
Tadcaster started the brighter and it was no surprise when they took the lead on 29 minutes – Kevin dos Santos beating Jon Worsnop to the ball to net his first goal for Taddy.
Ashton had an equaliser ruled out for offside but weren’t to be denied on 63 minutes...
