TRINITY PAY THE PENALTY AS GORDON FLOURISHES BANBURY UTD 2

BANBURY made it four games unbeaten as they battled to a deserved draw against Gainsborough Trinity.
The home side started strongly and their first attack on two minutes saw Jaanai Gordon fire over the bar.
Then after eight minutes Curtis Morrison fired wide.
On 20 minutes Trinity’s Sam Topliss’ shot ricocheted off a Banbury defender and Jack Harding pushed the ball over the bar.
Trinity then went on the attack and the ball was played through to Morrison who ran into the Banbury penalty area, but was brought down by Connor Roberts for a penalty. Ash...
