ALAN JULIAN marked his 600th career appearance by helping his Hampton side to a hard-fought win against a resolute Wimborne Town.
The Hampton netminder was denied a celebratory clean sheet 13 minutes from time.
However, three second-half goals had already seen the Beavers go through to the next round.
The best chance in a tight first-half came courtesy of Charlie Wassmer’s header, which was tipped onto the post by Wimborne keeper Billy Terrell.
