BRIDLINGTON Town ran out deserved winners against Northern League Whitley Bay to earn another home tie against more local rivals in Dunston.
The Seasiders had the lead midway through the first half when Bay captain Michael Hall could only head a cross into his own net from close range.
The lead was doubled on the half hour as Jack Yates’ effort beat Dan Lister in the Bay goal to leave the Seahorses with a mountain to climb.
Andy Norfolk almost made it three before the break, and it was all over by the hour mark.
