BURGESS Hill town welcomed SCEFL side Stansfeld to the More Than Tyres Stadium, and it was the Hillians who broke the deadlock. Brad Santos, on his debut, cut in from the left and fired a fierce shot into the bottom corner.
Just two minutes later, it was 2-0. Max Miller broke clear, his shot was saved, but the rebound fell to Dan Perry to tuck home.
Two minutes into the second half, the visitors won a penalty which Dan Parkinson smashed home.
