■ TWO goals early in the second half were enough to turn around a half-time deficit and fire Hanwell Town into the next round at the expense of Cray Valley.
The Geordies were quick out of the blocks – afierce 20-yard drive from Harry Rush striking the Valley woodwork with Chris Lewington well beaten before
the home side grew into the game with Denzel Gayle particularly threatening.
And it was from one sortie by Gayle that Valley took the lead, his cross from the right being laid off by Adam Coombes for Dan Bennett to fire home.
