■ THE HOSTS took the lead after 18 minutes when the ball was headed into the goalmouth and Jon Clements hooked the ball home.
On the stroke of half-time, the visitors were awarded a free-kick just outside the penalty area and Charlie Smith stepped up to fire home to double the advantage.
After 57 minutes, Smith again struck home an excellent free-kick, this time from all of 35 yards. Smith
He then missed a chance for his hat-trick by firing inches wide and minutes later saw another effort go the wrong side of the upright.
