A CLOSELY fought contest at the Brentwood Arena was settled by Sam Deering’s clever 90th-minute chip shot that found the top corner.
Home keeper Melvin Minter made three good saves in the first half from Michael Gabblah, Lorenzo Johnson and Louie Collier, while Daniel Ogunleye was a constant threat on the left for Brentwood.
Jack Adlington put them ahead in the 26th minute, and they had further chances for Matt Price, Adlington, and Billy Roast whose header hit the foot of a post.
