■ THESE two sides meet again in Sussex on Tuesday night with Whitehawk happier to get a replay.
Hawks with three ex-Oaks players in their line-up, knew they had been in a game at the end.
Oaks had the better chances, Fumnaya Shomotun, the best of them early in the second-half firing against a post.
Skipper Rian Bray’s close-range header was tipped over by Hawks keeper Mitch Walker and he fired wide minutes later.
Wright then cleared Karn Miller-Neave’s testing low left wing cross off the line as Oaks pressed and probed for the winner.
