Horsham fans are ‘spitting fire’ after their FA Cup first-round glory tie at Barnsley was switched to Friday night.
The Pitching In Isthmian Premier side had hoped to play in the daytime on Saturday or Sunday after drawing the League One high-flyers at Oakwell.
However, South Yorkshire Police requested the fixture be played on Friday evening instead, despite not being chosen for live broadcast, with Sheffield United at home to Wolves in the Premier League the following day.
