MICKLEOVER 0 ANSTEY NOMADS 1

■ NOMADS pulled off one of the results of the round to down Step 3 Mickleover.
Manager Tony Blanchard felt that Anstey were good for two or three goals in the match, but it was Leo Brown who scored the only goal of the game after 16 minutes when a ball over the top fell into his path, allowing him to pass into the back of the net past Yusuf Mersin.
Kyle Tomlin had an opportunity to double the lead for the visitors in the second half while Cieron Keane spurned the best chance for Sports when in acres of space in the Nomads area, but sent his shot wide.
