■ A VERY competitive first half saw Hendon start the strongest, with a couple of shots on goal. However, Bay grew into the game with a Salako header testing keeper Campbell.
Ukrainian Artem Kuchkov robbed a defender on the edge of the box, turned and fired a low drive across Campbell into the bottom corner and then Frankie Smith curled the ball over the defensive wall, only for Campbell to pull off a brilliant diving save.
Kuchkov lofted the ball over a defender for Scott Heard to race onto to roll into an empty goal.
