MELKSHAM opened the scoring on 23 minutes from a Jon Davies penalty after Max Harper-Emerson had tripped Neikell Plumber. Slimbridge’s equaliser came five minutes later. Jamie Martin set up Ewen Dunbar who skipped past a defender to score.
Slimbridge took the lead on 63 minutes. Martin’s pin-point cross was met by Dunbar who made no mistake from close range.
Melksham’s equaliser arrived on 76 minutes through Luke Ballinger. The winner for Melksham arrived two minutes into stoppage time, Ballinger’s cross was met by the head of Plumber.
