SPOT-KICK BRACE SEES MCGURK ON THE SPORT

A FULL-BLOODED Trophy tie played at a wet and windswept Crown Meadow ended in the visitors favour.
The game was the typical game of two halves seemingly affected by the blustery conditions.
The first half saw Coalville take the lead in the 18th minute as centre-back Jack Duggan headed home Alex Dean’s corner.
Adam McGurk then missed a glorious chance to increase the lead blazing high over an open goal from two yards.
However, he atoned for that miss by converting two spot kicks awarded in the following fouls by Adam Tann and Luis Tibbles.
