Ridge rules roost

FARNBOROUGH scored just two minutes into this FA Trophy tie but it was hosts Gosport who rebounded to make the next round.
Connor Cullen broke the deadlock while most fans were taking their spots and the visitors held the advantage until the break as Gosport spurned a host of chances, Marley Ridge firing a rasping free kick against the crossbar.
However, some strong words at half-time turned this tie back in favour of the home side with Ridge levelling just ten minutes after the restart.
