PICKERING TOWN 1 RUNCORN LINNETS 4

A DISASTROUS first half saw ten-man Pickering Town demolished by Runcorn Linnets.
The visitors opened the scoring 17 minutes in when striker Stuart Crilly drilled in a shot from inside the area.
It went from bad to worse when defender Jack Johnson was sent off for a horror challenge inside the area.
Midfielder Craig Lindfield stepped up to double Runcorn’s lead from the spot.
Following the break, Pickering had a glimpse of hope.
